High Alumina Refractory products: refractory brick, high alumina ball

High alumina brick is shaped refractory product.It is made from bauxite clinker and binder. The Al2O3 content ranges from 48% to 80%.The  High Alumina Refractory from 1750°C to 1850°C(SK-36.SK-37.SK-38.SK-40).

Features:

2. Good spalling resistance and wear resistance.

4. Good thermal shock resistance.

5. High mechanical strength.

6. High-temperature creep rate is low.

Application:

High alumina brick is mainly used for Widely used in blast furnaces, Hot Blast Stove,Steel ladle lining, Reheating furnace  refractory brick, Cement kiln, Tunnel kiln,boiler, coke oven, carbon furnace,glass kiln , Steel smelting furnace and various kiln lining and thermotechnical equipment, etc.

Alumina  Ball are high grade milling media made by advance cool isostatic pressing technology and fired at high temperature.

In order to catch the rapid increasing demand of grinding media and provide full series to customers,we have developed grinding media with95%Al2O3,92%Al2O3,75%Al2O3 and 65%Al2O3.The technical data of each series is listed as following table.
